Eagle and Merit Awards recognize craftsmanship on Stetson University, Caribe Royale, AdventHealth Minneola, and The Villages projects

APOPKA, FL, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- KENPAT and N-RG Cladding announced today that the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) – Central Florida Chapter will recognize the companies with four Excellence in Construction awards for iconic projects across Central Florida.

KENPAT received the Eagle Award for Interior Finishes for its work at Stetson University's Lynn Residence Hall, a new four-story residence hall designed to support student success and campus life. KENPAT delivered an extensive interior and exterior framing, drywall, and specialty ceiling scope for the project. University leadership described Lynn Hall as the "heartbeat" of campus, intentionally planned to bring students together through modern living spaces, shared amenities, and welcoming common areas.

KENPAT also earned an Award of Merit in the Interior Finishes category for its contributions to the Caribe Royale Orlando Expansion. The company delivered complex interior and exterior wall and ceiling systems for the 20,000-square-foot addition, which increased the resort's total meeting and event space to more than 260,000 square feet, building on a major resort expansion completed in 2021 and reinforcing Caribe Royale's position as one of the region's largest convention hotels.

N-RG Cladding received an Eagle Award in the Exterior Finishes category for its work on AdventHealth's Minneola Hospital. The company delivered a comprehensive exterior façade package, completed in November 2025, installing aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, single-skin metal panels, and architectural louvers across multiple elevations.

N-RG Cladding also earned an Award of Merit in the Exterior Finishes category for its work on The Villages – Sales Center - Eastport, a highly visible, architecturally detailed facility supporting sales and marketing operations for one of Florida's most prominent master-planned communities. Despite complex geometry, evolving design conditions, and a compressed schedule, N-RG Cladding delivered a multi-system exterior façade incorporating ACM, formed metal, fiber cement, and ultra-compact stone panels, meeting elevated aesthetic and performance expectations.

ABC presented the awards at its annual Excellence in Construction banquet in October.
