SpaceX Sends 24 Starlink Satellites into Space

(MENAFN) On Friday, SpaceX successfully launched 24 Starlink satellites into orbit, continuing its mission to expand global internet access.

The satellites were sent into space atop a Falcon 9 rocket, which took off from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California at 10:04 a.m. PT (1704 GMT), SpaceX confirmed.

Following the rocket's stage separation, its first-stage booster made a successful landing on the droneship "Of Course I Still Love You", stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

As SpaceX has previously stated, the Starlink satellites aim to provide high-speed broadband internet to regions with limited or no connectivity, addressing areas where service is either costly or entirely absent.
